Meet Nicha

A current university student majoring in English and minoring in Japanese, Nicha loves to cook fresh food everyday. She credits her aunt for her cooking skills and love of food and enjoys recreating her aunt’s best recipes. She continues to learn to cook by watching YouTube videos. Nicha particularly enjoys making quick and flavorful Thai dishes that suit her busy lifestyle, such as delicious Thai fried rice or pad gaphrao muu, stir-fried minced pork with holy basil. Nicha lives in a small condo just across from her university in the central Asoke neighborhood of Bangkok. In addition to being a student, Nicha is also a part-time tutor teaching English and Japanese. Nicha is a great host for a backpacker or college student who wants to experience a Thai college student's life.
