"Baking these sweet Lebanese pastries with Reem was a real treat! Anyone who thinks baking is too complicated should take a class with Reem to disprove this myth. Reem is very encouraging and she guided me through the steps patiently, and even shared some of the techniques she learned from her grandmother. She was detailed in giving instructions and made it feel like we were working together in her kitchen. Taking this class has been a delightful experience and gave me not only confidence in baking but also massive interest in Lebanese food and culture!"

"Reem was lovely to talk to and walked us through 5 different dishes. They were all delicious. We were so proud of our accomplishments and made the same meal the next day! Reem and the Blue Apron team made it super easy to coordinate and we found a time that worked perfectly with our schedule. Seamless and fun experience."

"One basic, easy to make dough (not like a lot of other kinds of pastry) plus a big variety of shapes and fillings to mix and match. You really get a lot of bang for your buck with this well-organized and fun class."
