Lin learned her way around the kitchen by helping her mother prepare Lanna (Northern Thai) cuisine and desserts that they sold in the local market. Lin still enjoys the old-fashioned way of cooking on charcoal and using authentic Thai utensils. She started a cooking school of her own and is very proud of the family recipes she inherited from her mother. Lin is excited to share her culinary traditions with travelers from around the world!
