Julia has been cooking her whole life, ever since she was a young child living in NYC. Cooking is her first love and the thing that brings her the most joy! Julia believes everyone can cook well and loves showing people how to cook. If food is Julia's first love, people are her second. There is nothing that brings her more satisfaction than hosting and cooking for people. A technology marketer by profession, Julia is very excited to teach guests how to make her signature stuffing from scratch, that she cooks for friends and family every thanksgiving.

  • 1-pound Italian sausage - preferably not in casing (spicy, sweet, or mixture of both)
  • A bunch of sage, rosemary and thyme
  • A tart apple
  • 2-4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2-3 sticks celery
  • 1-2 large onions
  • 5-7 cloves garlic
  • Half a stick of butter
  • A dash of nutmeg
  • 2lb. baby red potatoes
  • Half a stick of butter
  • A bunch of fresh parsley + some for garnish
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes as per taste
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • One orange
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
