This was a great experience. Chef Jose was very cordial and explained every step in great detail. I enjoyed his hospitality and felt very comfortable in his home. I highly recommend this experience.

Best cooking class in Barcelona! Fantastic! The experience of going through a local market, meeting the artisans, and snacking on delicious bites was great. We learned about the local culture a well as recommendations for other places to visit while in Barcelona. Stefano and Veronique were gracious hosts. The class was well laid out and very hands on, which was amazing. Couldn't have had a better time! We hope all cooking experiences can be like this one!

Suzie was all kinds of fun! She is used to offering food tours so had lots of information about local food and local food culture! If I make it to Valencia, I will look her up!

We had a cooking class with Nicole while we were on our honeymoon and it was our favorite activity of the entire trip! She had everything prepared when we arrived and the experience was so much fun. It was the perfect length of time to enjoy the food, learn about Spanish culture and recipes and ask questions. We loved that it was a private class so we could take our time and learn from her. We can’t wait to cook the recipes for all our friends and family now that we are home!

Learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class with Lola. The small group setting was fantastic. The accommodations to support gluten free Croquettes as part of the class was amazing. Even accommodated request for a non seafood Paella (in addition to the planned black rice seafood paella. Can’t wait to try recipes back home.

Best meal of our trip! Our market tour & paella cooking class with Josh was one of the highlights of our time in Barcelona. Josh did a wonderful job teaching us how to make authentic paella. Oh, and the sangria was the best I’ve had!
