We had an amazing evening with our Traveling Spoon host, Sofia! Her family was a treat to spend time with. It was like an evening with old friends. We laughed, chatted, and learned so much from her and her adult children. We made several dishes that we had not made before and are eager to try at home. They did a really nice job of selecting recipes that were accessible for a home cook. And, the special gifts to take home with us was an especially nice surprise. Thank you, Sophia, and her family for a wonderful evening. I recommend this experience to anyone looking to learn about traditional Portuguese food, enjoy a fabulous meal, and meet some truly extraordinary people! I have a feeling that this is definitely going to be one of the highlights of our trip to Portugal. Definitely something that we won't forget.
