Meet Fabienne

Fabienne is a Parisian in every sense of the word; she was born and raised in the 15th. Currently she lives in the 18th arrondissement. Fabienne's great-grandfather was an architect who built many of the buildings in Paris - His name was given to a square in the 15th arrondissement. A library scientist for 20 years who has three grown children now in their 30s, Fabienne enjoys cooking and is passionate about the arts and music. She belongs to choirs that perform classical music several times yearly and loves going to the opera. Be sure to ask Fabienne for any music recommendations in the city!

What to expect

Thank you for the absolutely beautiful evening. The meal you prepared was delicious and lovely. We enjoyed the time with you. I’m sure you were exhausted from the work of speaking in another language! You will remain one of my favorite memories of our time in Paris ❤️

My clients raved about this evening in a "true Parisian's home".

My husband and I had such an enjoyable evening with Fabienne and her friends. She met us at the metro station and took use to a fabulous cheese shop, before making our way up to her beautiful apartment for an amazing, authentic, French meal and great conversation with her other guests. It was all perfect and memorable! I would highly recommend this experience to other travelers!

Fabienne is a wonderful host! Did this experience with friends (we were all visiting from the US) and it was one of the most memorable experiences we had. From arrival, Fabienne greeted us and walked us through how to make a yummy French dessert. She made us a special cocktail to enjoy with pre-dinner snacks. We had a lovely dinner but the best part was learning about Fabienne's lifestyle, history and perspective on France. It was a great way to learn more about the French culture and what makes them so passionate about their way of life. Highly recommend!

Fabienne is charming, interesting and delightful. Felt like I was having dinner with an ole friend. Great experience shopping for cheese at the Bon Marche. Fun to help prepare the Tarte Tatin in her tiny kitchen. The green salad with foie gras and marinated fresh peaches was different and delicious. She served my favorite French dish blanquette de veau with rice and sautéed mushroom - outstanding. Of course the tarte tatin was perfect. Great aperitif of champagne and aperol and a wonderful Saint Emillion with the dinner. I will do it again and will recommend it to anyone who is going to be in Paris. Meric beacoup, Fabienne

I booked Fabienne to create a special Birthday celebration to share with two friends this week. She hosted the three of us in her cozy apartment as if we were her long time friends. The meal was extraordinary and the evening was one that will long be remembered! Merci Fabienne! If you are lucky enough for her to be available, book Fabienne for a special memory of your own.

Received a very warm welcome. After some initial conversation we got busy in Fabienne's petite kitchen. We helped make the appetizer and a quiche. Two friends joined us making for lively conversation. She mixed a wonderful appertif which we all enjoyed. She warmed up the elaborate chicken entree (the flavors of the rolled chicken reminded me of Morrocco) and pulled out the Italian inspired parmesan asparagus quiche to serve at the lovely table setting. Afterwards it was expresso and a really delicious white berry tiramisu. Perfect meal. Perfect hostess. Perfect fellow dinner guests. This meal really rounded out our Parisian dining experiences with such a personal touch. Afterwards there was time to walk to the Eiffel Tower and enjoy the sparkles. If we did Traveling Spoon again in Paris I would want to go back to Fabienne's.
