We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking course. The hostess is super friendly and makes sure you feel right at home immediately. Her explanations are clear and easy to follow. We look back on this experience with great pleasure!

We were given a very warm welcome by Lucy and given a tour of her large garden, where many flowers were in bloom, as well as a herb garden. Lucy had prepared a few things, and we made appetizers together: spiced eggplant and avocado dip. Lucy already had a platter ready with cheese and meat. We were also served Asparagus Flamande and Waterzooi, typical Belgian dishes. We finished with strawberries dipped in dark chocolate sauce. We received tips and saw how everything was prepared, but we didn't really feel like a cooking class where we had to do a lot ourselves; it felt more like a very cozy Flemish dinner with very nice people. Hats off to you!! It was super delicious and enjoyable.

Inge is a thoughtful and engaging host. We went round to the market and prepared delicious appetizers. They were very tasty, the items were unusual for us, but came together beautifully. After we had a dinner featuring figs as they were in season. The best part was the conversation and learning about life in Belgium. Would definitely recommend.
