Stella is a licensed Bologna tour guide with a passion for Italian food, history, and local culture. After years of working in an office, she decided to follow her passion and trained to become a professional tour guide. Since 2019, she has been introducing travelers to Bologna through its historic streets, lively food markets, traditional shops, and celebrated cuisine. Food has always been an important part of Stella's life. She began cooking as a child and still fondly remembers preparing her first tagliatelle al ragù for her entire family. Today, she loves sharing the foods and traditions that make Bologna and the Emilia-Romagna region one of Italy's great culinary destinations, from handmade fresh pasta to Parmigiano Reggiano, prosciutto and traditional balsamic vinegar.
