This was too much fun! Chef Naina and her able assistant Melanie guided us through the creation of a fabulous Indian meal from starter to dessert. Their meticulous preparation and attention to detail is obvious. Detailed recipes are provided and everything is explained as you go along, and Naina will even help you adapt the recipes to suit your equipment and spice cabinet where she can. There is plenty of hands-on too, so you can help with chopping, mixing and assembling. As a bonus you get a bit of a history lesson on the migration of people and food. Oh, and the meal was delicious, so come hungry.- tom September 28, 2026
If you’re looking for a delicious, delightful and educational experience you must book time with Chef Naina. I went with four friends and all thoroughly enjoyed it! We toured every isle in an Indian supermarket and she took her time talking about culinary and cultural traditions, history as well. She is very knowledgeable. We went back to her home and experienced an interactive cooking class which we then gathered around the table with Chef Naina and her sous chef, Melanie, to enjoy the delicious meal we had prepared. Highly recommend this experience!! Chef Naina is personable, knowledgeable and fun.- melody August 11, 2026
