Ana and Carina are two professional Portuguese chefs and friends who share a passion for cooking, teaching and preserving Portugal's culinary traditions. Both trained at the ACPP (Portuguese Association of Professional Cooks) and gained professional experience working in traditional Portuguese restaurants in Lisbon, where they developed their skills in authentic Portuguese cuisine. Inspired by their love of food and connecting with people, Ana and Carina began teaching cooking classes to locals and travelers visiting Lisbon. They especially enjoy introducing guests to traditional Portuguese recipes, sharing the stories behind each dish and helping people discover the techniques that make Portuguese cooking unique. For Ana and Carina, cooking is about more than preparing delicious food. It's an opportunity to bring people together, exchange stories and share a little of Portuguese culture. Through their hands-on cooking classes in Lisbon, they hope to inspire guests to recreate traditional Portuguese dishes at home and carry a piece of Portugal's culinary heritage with them.
