Her passion for food began in childhood, when her love for poha inspired her to spend hours in the kitchen watching her mother cook traditional Indian dishes for family and friends. Determined to turn her passion into a career, Reshma pursued her culinary education at the renowned Dadar Catering College in Mumbai. Today, she runs a successful catering business, hosts Indian cooking classes, and leads guided market tours that introduce travelers to Mumbai’s vibrant food culture, local markets, spices, and street food traditions. When she’s not cooking or hosting guests, Reshma enjoys photography and playing squash.
