Grainne is a qualified Irish national tour guide with a passion for sharing Ireland’s food, culture, history and stories with travelers from around the world. With a background in political philosophy and social justice, her travels around the globe deepened her appreciation for her native Ireland and inspired her to become a professional tour guide in 2018. Based in Celbridge, the birthplace of Arthur Guinness, Grainne has a particular passion for Irish whiskey and has spent nearly 20 years building an impressive collection of whiskey and whiskey glassware. She brings this knowledge and enthusiasm to her food and cultural tours, introducing guests to Irish culinary traditions, local flavors and the stories behind them.
