A true highlight of our trip was our Traveling Spoon experience in Rome with Chef Cristina! Going to her home, making fresh pasta, learning about local ingredients, tasting EVOO from her own olive trees, and enjoying her beautiful garden, it was absolutely priceless. The day started with soft rain falling over Rome, like a blessing from the heavens, and set the perfect tone for what was to come. Chef Cristina was an absolute highlight (ask me more!). She welcomed us like family and guided us through every step of the process. Making pasta from scratch instead of from a box was a revelation, I’ll never buy boxed pasta again! This wasn’t just a cooking class; it was an immersion into Roman life, full of laughter, stories, and authentic connection. Traveling Spoon is an incredible recommendation to immersive, personal, and unforgettable.- Lisa, SIGNATURE Travel Advisor December 30, 2025

We spent an afternoon in Cristina’s beautiful, tranquil home learning to make ravioli, gnocchi, and gelato—and it was the highlight of our trip. Cristina is warm, patient, and incredibly organized; everyone had hands-on time and the dishes were absolutely delicious. It felt like cooking with family while getting pro tips you can actually use at home. Whether you’re a beginner or confident in the kitchen, this experience is a must in Rome. Highly recommend!- Catie October 14, 2025
