During your hands-on cooking class in Hanoi, you will learn to make 3–4 Vietnamese dishes from scratch, including an appetizer, a main course, and traditional Vietnamese egg coffee. Explore classic Vietnamese flavors using fresh, locally sourced ingredients while learning about family meals, food traditions, and daily life in Vietnam.
