Not sure exactly what TripAdvisor means by the "operator" but the photos do match this particular cooking class that we had with Pat, the host/cooking class teacher. Directions to the location were clear although previewing the route with Google Maps helped additionally because it was in a small alley with no signage. Small but more than adequate space that was clean and bright, well decorated. We happened to be the only 3 people in the class that day since another party cancelled at the last minute. Pat explained she would have had a second person to help her if there were more than 5 guests. So we had a nice intimate experience. We started off with a guided market tour buying fresh ingredients. A surprise fun bonus: we were given some money to buy specific ingredients at the market, with small flash cards of what to say in Thai to the vendor! Can't tell how I bungled the pronounciation but the vendor seemed amused and knew what I meant! After returning from the market, we started food prep under Pat's guidance. Stoves were upstairs (no elevator, stairs were narrow), so we had to bring our prepped food up to cook. We each had our individual cooking stations. After placing the cooked dish onto a serving platter, we returned downstairs to eat. Water and Thai beer provided. 5 course meal prepared, eating our own creations. Pat was great providing guidance and explanations throughout. Her English was excellent too. One of our best experience in Bangkok!- wayne July 24, 2026
