Food has always been one of Alison’s favorite ways to discover and understand the world. Food tour: (1-6 guests) Join licensed NYC food tour guide Alison for a thoughtfully curated regional Chinese food experience in Flushing, Queens. This immersive food tour goes beyond the mainstream NYC food scene to explore the depth, diversity, and cultural stories behind one of the most exciting Chinese food destinations in the world. You’ll sample regional dishes and street foods from across China and Taiwan while exploring bustling neighborhood spots and underground food courts many visitors would never discover on their own. Along the way, Alison shares stories about migration, culinary traditions, adaptation, and the communities that have shaped modern Flushing. Expect hidden gems, authentic flavors, and practical insight into how to confidently navigate Flushing’s vibrant food scene beyond the usual tourist stops. Possible tastings may include different types of noodles, regional street snacks, traditional beverages, Taiwanese desserts, and lesser-known specialties that reflect the incredible range of Chinese cuisine in Queens. Come hungry - the experience includes enough food for a full meal, and all food tasting costs are included. This food tour is ideal for curious travelers, adventurous eaters, couples, families, and anyone looking for an authentic and unique food experience in NYC.

Notes:
1. Dietary accommodations (allergies, lactose-free, vegetarian, etc.) may be available with advance notice. Please reach out to your host directly to discuss preferences and restrictions during the booking process.
