Your host Kadek
After working for several years in the hospitality industry, Kadek decided to return to his village and start something on his own. Kadek loves farming, cooking and eating delicious healthy food. This is how he decided to turn his passion into a business and founded an organic farm along with members from the nearby village. Their mission is to promote sustainable, organic farming that reduces waste and is friendly to the environment. Kadek learned recipes and traditional cooking methods from his mother and brother in law. Your menu includes, a Balinese chicken curry, cooked in a delicious coconut gravy and sayur urab, a salad dish of steamed vegetables in a spiced coconut dressing. If you'd like to see the beautiful organic farm, please ask Kadek for a virtual tour!

"Class was well-managed. Food was delicious. It was nice to get a glimpse of the farm where Kadek is based and his traditional cooking tools (like the wood fire). "
