WHAT WILL YOU COOK TOGETHER:
Naan (Indian flatbread)
1/2-pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into roughly 1-inch cubes
1 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
8-10 cashew nuts, blended into a paste
1 cup tomato puree
2/3 cup onions, roughly chopped
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi (optional)
1/4 cup cream
2 tbsp coriander leaves for garnish, finely chopped

About your host
Reshma lives in Mumbai with her father. As a child, Reshma’s love for poha (spiced beaten rice) is what made her curious about cooking. Reshma spent a lot of her time watching her mother cook in the kitchen, fixing dishes for loved ones. Like every Indian family, her parents hoped she would become a doctor, engineer or earn an MBA, but she had only one dream: starting her own restaurant. As destiny would have it, she went on to study at culinary school. When she’s not cooking and feeding people, Reshma enjoys photography and playing squash. In your online class, Reshma will teach you to make butter chicken, a flavorful, creamy chicken curry and naan, a traditional Indian flatbread.
