"Reshma was extremely fun to work with, and she was a very good instructor. The butter chicken and naan bread were absolutely delicious. She helped us at each step along the way, and for one of the group members who had a drier chicken, she was able to help them troubleshoot and save the meal. We all had so much fun and looking forward to doing another class in the future."

"Reshma’s butter chicken and naan bread recipes were fabulous but just as important, her approach, with tips and meaningful conversation were truly memorable and delightful. I highly recommend Reshma and hope to learn additional recipes from her! Great experience!"

"I cannot recommend taking a class with Chef Reshma enough! She is very kind answering all questions and moves at the right pace for the group. Not only do you get a fantastic meal at the end, but you'll walk away having learned about local flavors and cooking techniques. I am also dairy free and she accommodated the entire recipe using with the substitutes I have available. If you want a memorable night full of good laughs and incredible food, Chef Reshma is your girl!"

"My 13 year old grandson and I had a marvelous cooking experience with Reshma. She introduced us to an array of wonderful new spices. The chicken smelled as good as it tasted She tailored the recipes based on how our chicken “looked’ encouraging us to add more spices or mix it a bit more. The result was amazing! Ditto for the naan-can’t wait to make it again. Highly recommend Reshma to anyone who loves or wants to try Indian food"

"We had a wonderful cooking class with Reshma! She was incredibly informative, patient, and a joy to spend time with. The recipes were easy to follow and she was such a delight to have virtually in our kitchen. The food was delicious! We would definitely make the recipes and take another class with Reshma again!"

"Reshma was terrific, she was incredibly patient with some novice chefs on our screens (we had 6 total screens). She did a great job interacting with each of us, sharing insight about the food but also shared about her culture."

"Reshma is a wonderful cook - she made the process of preparing butter chicken and naan easy to follow. We had several family members online - it was a great way to get together during Covid 19! Lots of fun - I'd highly recommend her class"

"First of all, this is only 4 stars instead of 5 because I am still sad we can't be taking these classes in person. The online format is the best it can be, but how I wish the world was open and I could have been there in Mumbai with Reshma! However, as an online experience, it was great! Reshma was friendly and fun and very patient with us. We went way over time, but Reshma never seemed to be rushing us even though it was late at night in India. Thank you for that expansive sense of time! Her instruction was perfect, the dishes were great, and it gave my family a great way to spend time together from 3 different states."

"Reshma helped us create a truly amazing butter chicken and naan dinner and we have made the meal twice since : ) We've always wanted to try it but felt intimidated by recipes online, so it was awesome having this chance to be guided through the process by an expert. Reshma was super kind and easy to connect with. I was nervous about getting the time set up correctly from the US to India, but it was a very easy process to finding a time that worked for all. Would definitely try the Traveling Spoon again and have recommended to several friends who enjoy cooking and traveling."
