4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and sliced into thin strips (marinate it overnight)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp chicken shawarma spice blend
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup lime juice
Paprika, salt and pepper as per taste
2 cups chickpeas (if using dried chickpeas, soak overnight)
1/4 cup tahini paste
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 cup vinegar
1 lb. (500g) cucumber
6 to 8 pita bread, fries, iceberg lettuce (to serve)
