They often cook traditional Colombian home-cooked dishes, using recipes from famous Colombian chefs. Gerardo and his wife even ran their own catering business together for few years. Gerardo likes to use local, fresh and seasonal produce, as he says it improves the taste, flavor and texture of the dish. He is excited to share his passion for food and culture with guests to teach them to make delicious home-cooked Colombian cuisine!
