"Daniel and his wife were excellent hosts and teachers. Both the cuisine and online cooking class were new experiences for us and the two were courteous and helpful to get us all setup. Daniel was able to offer support days earlier for the injera recipe and gave good critiques to guide our cooking. The outcome was delicious, a memorable experience and gift, and must recommend. We hope to one day venture to Ethiopia and experience the cooking, coffee, and local customs by Daniel. "

"Daniel and his wife, Tigist, were excellent hosts. Daniel was available before the class to coach us through making the injera, since it takes four days to ferment. We can't wait to visit them in person when it is safe to do so, and see them again for the coffee ceremony! Have already recommended them to a few friends."

"Our class with Daniel and Tigist was an absolute favorite! Because of the advance prep needed when making injera, we had some additional time with Daniel - checking on our batter, exchanging photos of its progress via WhatsApp, all culminating in our online class together. The whole process was incredibly informative, and we learned so much about how and why their meals include injera. Daniel & Tigist are excellent, warm, personable teachers!"
