Yeira is a fun host with a doctorate in clinical psychology who believes that food and cooking promotes wellness in people! An incredibly passionate Puerto Rican home cook, Yeira loves eating, cooking, traveling and meeting people from different cultures. Most of her travels have centered around tasting local cuisine and she is excited to share her authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and culture through on online Puerto Rican cooking class. Yeira took an international cooking course and applies what she learned through both professional cooking classes as well as cooking for her family when teaching guests how to cook Puerto Rican cuisine. During this online Puerto Rican cooking class, Yeira is excited to share with guests her family recipe, knowledge and skills in making mofongo, a popular, traditional Puerto Rican dish!
