"Shilpa is very nice and eager to share her skills. The class was very fast paced and I wasn’t able to keep up completely. We made three dishes in 40 minutes. Measurements for the main dish were not quite right. I appreciate that Shilpa made herself available for questions after the class."

"Shilpa showed me how to cook three delicious dishes which we really enjoyed eating. The depth of flavour was very authentic. We have visited India many times, and it was lovely to have food which reminded us of the best we have eaten there. I have been interested in Indian cuisine for many years, and am pleased to have three more dishes in my repertoire, and I also learnt more about frying spices and using chillies, as well as making a start on how to make flat bread. Shilpa was very helpful, and I definitely recommend her class."
