WHAT WILL YOU COOK TOGETHER:
  • Chocolate fondant, a rich and delicious chocolate cake
  • Orange chantilly cream
INGREDIENTS:
  • 7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate (Lindt 70% that you find almost everywhere works fine)
  • 1 stick (100 g) butter 
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar 
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) flour (can be substituted with almond meal, corn starch, or other types of flour)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium organic navel orange or 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
