  • 1 stick (100 g) butter 
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar 
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) flour (can be substituted with almond meal, corn starch, or other types of flour)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium organic navel orange or 1 tsp orange blossom water
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
