Being involved in various aspects pertaining to food, Melissa is often inspired by blogs, recipe books and the produce that is in season at the farmer's market. Melissa worked in international development for several years and now focuses her efforts on culinary experiments and adventures. She is eager to host travelers through interactive online classes to share her expansive knowledge of food and culture.

1/4 cup (50 g) flour (can be substituted with almond meal, corn starch, or other types of flour)

1 medium organic navel orange or 1 tsp orange blossom water
