Her family and friends all over the world have definitely influenced her culinary skills, but Andrea is especially inspired by her son - a formally trained French chef. Andrea and her son experiment vicariously through one another's cooking experiences. In fact, Andrea learned to make gougeres (delicious, savory French cheese pastries) from her son - during your online class, learn about why the ingredients react the way they do and her stories around gougeres and amandine au poivre, two of her favorite dishes.Andrea loves to host, and has shared many French culture themed meals in her home. Andrea strives to ensure that her food is presented attractively on the plate and finds it extremely important that taste is enhanced naturally through herbs, spices and essences. Andrea recently moved to Southern California and her dream is to share her knowledge of healthy French inspired cuisine with travelers!
