WHAT WILL YOU COOK TOGETHER:
  • Gyoza, crispy and golden brown Japanese pan-fried pork dumplings
  • Spinach Goma-ae, Japanese spinach salad with sesame dressing
INGREDIENTS:
  • ¾ cup (140 g) minced pork
  • 1 cup (100 g) cabbage
  • ¾ cup (30 g) Chinese chives (nira)
  • 1 piece grinded ginger
  • 1-2 pieces grinded garlic
  • 25 dumpling skin sheets
  • Soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil to taste
  • 1 ½ tbsp sesame
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ bunch (120-130 g) komatsuna
