"Making a 30th birthday feel fun and festive during the pandemic is quite a feat, but Tania succeeded! She thoughtfully added a traditional Lebanese cake to the menu and had a candle on hand as we sang happy birthday. Tania lead our group of seven (in three time zones!) through three delicious Lebanese dishes- sharing her mom’s secret spice mixture and techniques to perfect our cutting!
She mixed her experience and knowledge with humor to create an enjoyable afternoon for all.
Tania is funny, witty and patient. She did an excellent job of keeping the spirit light while ensuring everyone was keeping up. Tania was quick to respond to inquiries about logistics and substitutions. Thank you Tania for a fantastic day!"

"Our Lebanese Mezze course with Tania and her mother taught us so many new things (like the perfect ratio of spices for the tabbouleh)! We loved the flavor of our homemade mezze, and all three recipes were simple and straightforward to prepare with Tania and her mother guiding us step by step. Tania also gave us her best tips for the presentation of each dish. And my youngest son got to be the "artist," following Tania's instructions for decorating our full bowls with paprika and fresh herbs. We would love to learn more recipes from Tania!"
