Roger and Milton are brothers and passionate hosts who bring Argentine culture to life through an unforgettable Buenos Aires asado experience. After living and traveling across Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, and working in tourism and gastronomy throughout Argentina, they returned home to share what matters most to them – gathering people around the table. What began as a family tradition is now a welcoming evening of fire grilled meats, flowing Argentine wine, live music, and heartfelt conversation. Along with their team, Roger and Milton create an atmosphere that feels less like a tour and more like sharing dinner with old friends, making guests from around the world feel instantly at home.

In-home meal: (1-16 guests) Enjoy an authentic shared Argentine Asado experience in Buenos Aires during a relaxed, social evening that brings travelers together around fire, food, and music. The night begins in a welcoming garden setting with selected Argentine wines as you meet fellow guests from around the world. Watch master asadores prepare a traditional wood fire barbecue and learn the secrets behind Argentina’s slow grilling techniques and asado culture. Savor a 7-course asado dinner featuring premium cuts of meat slow cooked over the grill and served with chimichurri, alongside a full spread of starters, sides, provoleta cheese, salad, and dessert. Enjoy unlimited local wines, including Malbec, Pinot Noir, Torrontés, and Cabernet Franc, thoughtfully paired with each course. Vegetarian guests are welcome, with grilled seasonal vegetables replacing the meat courses. Sip on fernet, Argentina’s national drink, and end the evening with a traditional dessert. Live acoustic tango and Argentine folk music by a professional musician creates the perfect intimate atmosphere, making this feel less like a tour and more like sharing dinner with old friends. This Buenos Aires Asado experience is ideal for solo travelers, couples, and groups, including corporate groups of six or more.
