  • You will need a 7" springform pan, hand or stand mixer and an 8x8" baking pan

WHAT WILL YOU COOK TOGETHER:
  • Chicago-style deep dish pizza
  • Red velvet brownies
INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 1/8 cups warm water (110 degrees F)
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomatoes, whole (preferably Marzano)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (can substitute 3 herbs with Italian herb seasoning mix)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • Fresh basil (optional)
  • 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla, divided
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • Additional flour to sprinkle
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp red food coloring
  • 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz white chocolate (bar or chips)
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • Choose 3 from the below topping suggestions:
  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked with 1/2 tsp fennel seeds and crumbled
  • 1 pack frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 10-12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup black or green olives
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, red or green peppers, chopped
