"Nancy did an amazing job keeping us all on track and making it fun. She has travelled extensively and shared her experiences with us. She also took an interest in ours. We plan to book another class with her during the holidays!"

"Great virtual experience. I have taken a live deep dish pizza class in Chicago before in the past and was excited about making pizza at home but never got around to it. Figured I would take a class again as I was curious about the cooking difference in the oven at home. I really enjoyed the class, the pizza and brownies came out great. So happy I took this class and will now be making my own pizzas at home."

"Nancy is such an amazing teacher! She helped my family and I make an authentic Chicago style deep dish pizza. She was encouraging us the whole way and we shared so many great stories along the way. The pizza turned out to be delicious as well. Definitely try out her class if you get the chance! "

"Nancy is a delight! My family and I took her online deep dish pizza class to celebrate my mom's birthday. My family is spread across the US (and even abroad.) Sitting and talking in someone's kitchen is so intimate and personal, so taking Nancy's virtual Traveling Spoon class was a great way to catch up and connect and feel like we are all in the same place for a few hours. Nancy is engaging and helpful and the recipes were delicious! Highly recommend!"

"Nancy was great! We had a wonderful time with her, she is personable and friendly, as well as, extremely helpful and knowledgable. Some of us had different ingredients, and since we were all over the world, different measurements, times, and temperatures. She knew exactly what to do for all of us and helped each of us when we fell behind or were on a different step. She made our experience memorable and fun and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend Nancy's class!"
