"Such a fun class - we had a couple of little technical hitches to start with but after that everything went smoothly! Fotini and her son were lovely and gave very clear instructions that were easy for us to follow. The food was delicious too - it was great to have a taste of Greece since we won't be able to travel there this year."

"We have very different eaters at our house, some more adventurous than others. But we finally found common ground: Soutzoukakia. We really enjoyed our class, and we LOVED eating the results! Fotini explained that these Greek meatballs are her husband, Christo's, favorite dinner. And wow, he is right! We had a great time learning to make soutzoukakia, and we also made a delicious eggplant dish, topped with lots of Greek feta. We learned a lot, the ingredients were easy to find, and we are ready to take another class with Fotini in her kitchen!"

"We really enjoyed our class — and the food was absolutely positively delicious! Fotini and her husband, Christo, are lovely. We weren’t always keeping up, but Fotini did not rush us and was generous with her time. I have to admit that when I looked at the meatball and potato dish, it didn’t look that great. I never could have simply made it from the recipe. However, it smelled amazing while cooking and the finished product was really, really good — lovely flavours! And the recipients of the meal loved it, especially the eggplant dish which was a surprise to the two who said they don’t like eggplant. They do now!"

"Soutzoukakia and eggplant make a phenomenal pairing! With Fontini's guidance, both dishes came out perfectly. I have never had a good experience cooking eggplant before but now feel confident in doing so. My husband and I both enjoyed the class, getting to know Fontini, and sharing stories about Greece. We took our class at 9am PDT which allowed us to enjoy a wonderful outdoor lunch and Fontini dinner in Athens following."
