Shalini enjoys cooking traditional Rajasthani dishes with her mother-in-law, who has been cooking for the past 40 years, and is often seen experimenting in the kitchen. "This class was great, and lots of fun. I've wanted to explore Indian spices and cooking for some time, and Shalini was patient and clear in her instructions. I loved the whole experience, and can't wait to take more classes!"

"Shalini was very nice, willing to answer questions before, during, and after the class and customize recipes to what we wanted, and get up early to cook with us at 7am her time. It was a great experience to learn "homestyle" Indian cooking and we will make these dishes again. We took the class remotely, and Shalini had a phone mount I believe which helped us see each step she was taking so we could have a similar experience to in-person."
