The Italian Desserts class I took with Chiara was absolutely wonderful!...Taking this class was a great way to "visit Italy". Chiara was very organized, gave great tips on baking, and was such a warm and encouraging teacher...I highly recommend this class!
...we took Isi's class because we know we'll learn a lot more than what is taught traditionally. Let's just say we got more than what we expected. We learned history, we "toured" the different methods of the major island groups... we got to know a cool Pinoy!
Gabriela was a lovely host and teacher, making sure we knew the multiple fun ways of crimping empanadas and guiding us through the recipe seamlessly.
Cinzia was wonderful! She took to time to explain everything in good detail and even provided some stories and tidbits of knowledge throughout the class. She was so personable...
