I just wanted to let you know that your site is the best Covid online experience we have found thus far. Love this cooking experience It's like cooking with pen-pals or something.

Shilpa showed me how to cook three delicious dishes which we really enjoyed eating. The depth of flavour was very authentic... and I also learnt more about frying spices and using chillies, as well as making a start on how to make flat bread. Shilpa was very helpful, and I definitely recommend her class.

The online format is the best it can be... as an online experience, it was great! Reshma was friendly and fun and very patient with us. She never seemed to be rushing us even though it was late at night in India... Her instruction was perfect, the dishes were great, and it gave my family a great way to spend time together from 3 different states.

It was a slow start with internet connection issues and participants not understanding how to “mute” but Gabriela’s persistence, patience, expertise and charm came through. It was an amazing class! She pointed out patiently the finer points of empanada making and answered all our questions . AMAZING!

Juan gave me some excellent tips on how to prepare a paella, bring the flavors out and most importantly how to make sure that the rice is done "en su punto" as they say. If you want to learn how to make a real paella (no chorizo!!) and make it properly, I'd highly recommend taking a class with Juan.

Gabriela is fun, knowledgeable and her food delicious. She led our party of six through her family's traditions and recipes, all the while laughing and patiently pausing when we had questions. We all had a great time and would certainly take another class from Gabriela.

I didn’t know anything about South African food going in, but both dishes turned out delicious, and they were straight-forward to make.

Bee is a blast to talk to, and he and his wife together make a great class. Very unusual (but not complicated) cooking methods that I will be using in the future. It was also great to get to see a little of life in rural Mongolia in the ger (yurt) where the family lives.
