My husband and I and 3 teenagers saw the market, created our lunch and dined together with Daniel and Julieta, and the whole experience was wonderful and memorable. Daniel is an excellent teacher...Julieta is also a warm and lovely host, and our conversations with both of them just added that much more flavor to the meal! If you are considering the experience I would say go ahead, the earlier in your visit the better...

A cooking experience with Jyashree is an absolute must if you are in Chennai. I enjoyed a delicious lunch of south indian specialities after watching Jyashree prepare it. Her family and home were delightful - warm and hospitable. It was wonderful not only learning about Indian food but about their culture and traditions too. I loved every minute and can't wait to try a few dishes at home.

What a beautiful experience! Our host and her husband were so nice with us. We have learnt more in this cooking lesson on the Japanese way of life than on a guide book. Thank you Michiyo!

Had a lovely time at Daniel's home meeting his wife and three sons. His wife taught me how to make shiro, and then we cooked a few injera breads together. Afterwards, we ate a beyaynetu and had a traditional coffee ceremony. The drive to Daniel's home is a good chance to see a local neighbourhood.

This was definitely one of the highlights of my recent trip to Lebanon. Tania was incredibly warm and welcoming, and her mother was amazing to watch in the kitchen. I picked up some great tips and techniques that I took home with me. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Beirut who loves food.

Yoko prepared well and we had a good email discussion prior on what to cook. During the day, she showed interesting techniques as well as telling about the theory, history and culture associated with the cooking. All in all a great experience!

We both love cooking, eating and meeting new people. The opportunity to help prepare and eat an authentic Ethiopian dinner in the home of a local family seemed perfect. We had no idea how perfect. If you happen to be in Addis Ababa, this is an experience not to be missed.

Christina is not only an experienced professional chef, but also a very heartwarming and friendly host. As a host, she made me feel like at home and with my best friend. She selflessly shared everything that she knows about Athens and Greek culture. You can definitely feel her love for Greece and tell her passions for food. I would be happy to recommend Christina's class as I've gained much more from her than just a cooking recipe.

Our experience with Camillo went beyond our expectations. He is such a cool snd entrepreneurial young man. He cooked and served up the most delicious food in his commercial kitchen near the markets. Such an interesting set up...we were a little unsure what to expect but I can honestly say we did mot stop smiling the entire time. We cooked, we chopped, we ate, we drank, we learnt about Columbian food and culture and we had an incredible day.

I truly recommend this experience. The location is genuine and gorgeous. The food is prepared perfectly and the flavours are amazing. There is nothing else like this in or around Lisboa. My suggestion? Take a day to discover nearby town Evora and stay the night.
